This was such a positive experience! The nurse, Megan, was delightful and Dr. Dizon was so thorough and professional. They sent us on our way with a diagnosis and medication that we felt confident with. Thank you!

Doctors good , nurses good. Desk staff at the er is the reason for this low review. They totally refuse to give even an approximation of time frame. Not busy at the time I took a patient in but I understand in an er anything can happen. But they said a few times it shouldn't be long . A few that came in after us had already left. So I asked are we talking a half hour or two hours or 3 more? They flat out refuse to give any time estimation . This is a problem I have had repeatedly with them. I know what busy is and I know the doctors are doing their job but in this case today it was just a game. It has happened before. Another patient they were finished with just needed to hand her her discharge papers . I was there to pick up the patient. Waited 2 hours for her to be handed the slip of paper.

We waited 7 hours for them to tell us they couldn’t read the 2 different CT scans! The nursing staff on shift were rude and insensitive.

I have been rescheduled 4 different time for my appointment with this clinic to be seen by a neurologist, I get the doctor maybe a traveling doctor so he’s not always available certain days if that is so can I at least receive a phone appointment or video appointment I need to get my infusion scheduled I’m already going into 2 months behind.

Did not release medical records of my car accident to my primary care. When they had two weeks to do so. My appointment was pushed even farther ahead. While I suffer in pain with no sleep and nerve damage. Most unprofessional hospital I have ever delt with. If you are not dying make the trip to fresno/merced.

> got to the emergency room just before 2am
> didn’t test for allergy before giving me iv antibiotics, which i then had an allergic reaction to
> told me i needed to stay in the hospital for 3 days due to mastitis, and told me a story about a woman with mastitis who supposedly went home to take antibiotics and died of sepsis
> said my 5 month old exclusively breastfed baby could not stay with me in the hospital
> confrontational towards my boyfriend more than once
> i get admitted at 6am
> i call my ob who says in 40 years he’s never admitted someone for mastitis, that i need to ask for antibiotics to take at home
> they tell my boyfriend to go to the pharmacy and pick up my antibiotics, and that they’ll watch me take a dose then i can go home
> he comes back with my antibiotics. an hour later the doctor comes in and asks if i took them. we say no and find out my nurse forgot about me. she comes in and tries to give me 2 pills. i tell her the bottle says one 500mg every 6 hours. she realizes her mistake and says “oh, my bad” and takes one of the pills out and gives it back to me.
> doctor says for the nurse to check on me after 15 mins and if no allergic reaction i can go home.
> 2 hours later my boyfriend goes to the nurses station to ask what’s taking so long. i’m not attached to any IVs and im not receiving any treatment so im just waiting to be discharged at this point.
> finally i get discharged at 2pm. im being wheeled out and my boyfriend is carrying our stuff and 2 cops walk up to my boyfriend because he swore to himself as he was walking away from the nurses station.
> if you’re not dying, drive somewhere else.

My husband went to the ER after us getting in a car accident in Mariposa the DRs didn’t seem to listen or care about what was really going on with him. He brought up how he is experiencing nerve damage in his shoulder and hand and it was dismissed and now my husband has to miss work when he is the provider for our family and in todays world we cannot afford ER visits let alone him not being able to go to work because he is STILL in pain because THEY did NOT help him!

From the point of view of an ER admired patient. I must say without equivocation that the care I received at the hands of these kind, dedicate professionals was outstanding. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to everyone that will stand still long enough to hear me out.
I have only one complaint; the clothing issued to the patients not only is just plain, major ugly, it leaves one's backside totally exposed for all the world to critique.
Anyway all kidding aside, I love these people.
