These are the ones responsible for holding back the disbursement of over 20 million students and counting. I’m sure this org had no issues with corporate bailouts. I see they posted articles about Biden student loan being bad policy but they have nothing about trumps tax code overhaul or any policy for that matter. And the plaintiffs involved are cowards and selfish. One plaintiff already had a 50k ppp loan forgiveness and the other qualifies for 10,000. Both of them are willing to destroy over a million students hope

“Let’s focus on the short-term goal of brutally punishing millions of Americans for the crime of pursuing higher education and ignore the long-term positive impacts that reducing student debt would have on the economy.

Boo hooooooooo! People won’t want to work for slave wages if they’re not desperate!!

Waaaaaaaah!! People won’t be susceptible to corporatist propaganda when they understand EMPLOYEES produce profit for companies, not the other way around!

Aghhhhhhh!!! We have to keep wages down and debt high for the average American because if more people had money to spend on things they want/need, that would just make inflation WORSE because, if you spend even an iota of a second thinking about it, capitalism is a stupid system that makes absolutely no sense and benefits next to no one!! We can’t have people with enough time and energy on their hands to actually QUESTION and CHALLENGE the status quo!!”

On your website, one of the reasons you claim to be fighting debt relief is because it’s “unfair” to those who already paid off their debts. First of all, college was affordable and highly accessible before Reagan’s presidency in the 80s. He actively fought to make college less accessible because campuses were popular places for civil rights protests and breeding grounds for socialist ideas. It was never impossible for college to be affordable because it’s been DONE in the US before. We just can’t have large groups of young people questioning pointless wars and Big Daddy Capitalism, now can we

Additionally, this argument is like saying “we can’t distribute the cure for cancer because it would be unfair to everyone who already died from cancer.”

Y’all know exactly why you’re doing this. You’re not fooling anybody. You’re evil and greedy.

Selfish people that are led by a rich boomer who only cares about himself and his money. They started a lawsuit to block 16 million+ people from receiving $10k+ in financial aid. Over $160 billion in direct financial assistance for Americans, but they filed a lawsuit cause they had this one person who was salty they only got $10k and not $20k. Greedy, selfish and misled.
