Unresponsive when I emailed inquiring about membership and their deli. No response whatsoever. I don’t want to assume anything but I don’t understand why they didn’t respond after a couple emails a while back.

Commenting on Etsy’s Jewish Deli & Bakery. We loved Etty’s. It’s obviously a labor of love. It’s not a traditional restaurant as it is located essentially in the lobby of the Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara. You walk in and place your order at the reception desk. Then you can find a seat inside or outside. You then pick up the food and take it to your table. You interact directly with the chef and kitchen. Customer service is clearly their focus. We loved the pastrami sandwich. It’s not ridiculously huge like the NY Delis. The hotdog was fine, but it is not the star. We will return to Etty’s.

I just had one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten at Etty's Deli and couldn't leave a review fast enough. No pics because I couldn't stop eating long enough to take one.
