Christine is the most perfect for her job compassionate carrying. Very responsible. If there were any problems most likely they did not follow threw. Her job is hard for homeless and families with children who have disabilities. It takes patience. Any negative remarks is because they did not follow their procedures. It is sad that they can write a horrible comment on Christine. She is a life saver. Thank God, Christine, staff for all that they do and shelter.

Spent the last month here. Through the Christmas season. Staff did hand out gifts. But it's a complete and utter Shame that two storage shed on the property are Full of hand wrapped gifts from Churches and hard working people. My concern is not that I didn't receive them. But what are they going to do with them now? Do they continue to go to staff's houses or friends of there's? Obviously they are not handing them out to Clients.. I am very grateful to have been able to stay there. It honestly saved my life. Just believe there needs to have some better unity of staff and not this search for who's in Charge? Sargent ConnieπŸ‘Ž No one deserves to be belittled or spoken to like they are less than you!! My last rant, about bed space. Have personally seen multiple staff answer the phone and say no beds are Available when some where empty! Not my understanding of why they would do this? Aren't you there to shelter the Homeless. Not to choose if they fit your personality. First hand I know the struggle of Addiction. Don't drive people away from possibly there last resort. But welcome them in and encourage them back to responsible caring Citizens

I am new to the asisstance need and was nervous to be turned away or belittled but James and Christina are so kind, open and sincerely there to help in anyway possible. After my husband contracted Covid at work he was quarintined for 2 weeks without pay. I also had to quarintine and though I eventually got paid for it (2 weeks later) if it wasnt for their help my family and I would have lost our home! We will be forever greatful for their existance and asisstance!

I have met many people in my life, but she is truly a god sent. She defnitely is a one of a kind and she wants to see EVERYONE in the shelter to succeed in completeing their person life long goals. She personally contacted me to make sure that I was Ok after I left the Shelter. She will always hold a dear and special place in my heart. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did to help me. Don't ever change who you are and what you do. There are many blessings coming to her. Thank you again for being so kind and caring.

Have called three times and got a girl named Christine and she has been rude every time. Was told at 8am there would be a bed open so I called at 8am and it mysteriously went away. They say to figure it out when I asked if she knew of any other places. Do not call if you serious need emergent help because they won't give it to you
