I applied for Food/snap with the help of my case worker, following being pit out of work and possibly disabled after a car wreck in which the drunk driver fled on foot. Everything was fine and application was awaiting paperwork from my doctor. A day later tje supervisor named "Pajama" called me directly accusing me and my case worker of submitting a fraudulent claim stating I have "assets". Not sure how that has anything to due with losing my income and my life falling apart over the injuries I sustained NO FAULT OF MY OWN! Although I was doing okay in life living like everyone else until this point. I thought thats what this program was for?!?!?! To help me through this troubling time until Im cleared from the doctor to get back to work. I mean 90% of people live in a house and have a car. I now don't have a car. So im confused of the relevance here. Also her attitude was unnecessary.

One star just because of the child support division in this specific office. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. It’s always leave a message and you may———be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Good luck if you have a case worker here for child support in another state. They will not work with another state on your behalf. Jessica Ray is the only person that will try and work with you and get any issues resolved. Becky Green will just threaten you every chance she gets. My case is my company only sends my support once a month. They want it paid every week. So they want me to miss a day of work to go to court. When I get a couple weeks behind because of my employer. She will not work with you at all. They really need some more professional guidance at this office.

They’ve been great, and I know they’ve had a lot going on right now, but I just really need Ms. Camille Fox to get back to me please.

I just recently learned that one of my previous caseworkers retired. I hate to hear that. Kim always helped me with my medicaid even when she became supervisor. I could contact her and she would always help. She was a kind and caring person and didn't have the "that's not my job" attitude. If I ask her about something other than medicaid, she wouldn't pass my off to someone else. She would help. The current supervisor lacks these skills but hopefully with time, that will get better.

This place is usually very quick on helping u and catering to your needs. Great staff. Everything is clean and smells fresh is well maintained as well as the bathrooms.. Very helpful upbeat positive people who seem to like their job which makes all the difference. I would recommend this to everyone who needs assistance. If they can't help they usually refer u to other places which is great they they are connected like that.

They never want to answer the phones, they never return your calls in a timely manner. They are very rude and disrespectful when it comes to fathers trying to get the services they need to see their children. They only care about what the mothers have to say even if they are using the children as pons against the fathers. They don't make the mother's follow the guidelines in their agreements and they are very disgusting people. This whole system is a joke and don't care about the welfare or emotional distress they are helping to put these kids thru when they allow the mothers to go by what rules they want to go by. My husband hasn't seen his kids in 8 years pay child support every month before these last 8 years and is still paying, in his paperwork it says he is to see his kids every other weekend and for certain holidays and school breaks. The mother has not let him talk to them, we have no clue where they are staying, no phone number or anything. We are supposed to have all that information and Jackson Co. is like "well nobody cares she can do what she wants but we gone send you her bills and letters to make you come to court nobody cares if she wont let you see your kids!" These are the words out of their mouth!!! A straight joke and they need to close this facility down until they find workers that are interested in the kids well-being and could careless about what the mothers want! The mothers don't need to be getting the protection and encouragement to take peoples kids and keep them away just so they can tell the kids how horrible the fathers are that only want to love and care for them like the mothers pretend to. Coming from a mother that has a kid with no father and no help but not caring because my child's emotional well-being is what I am making sure does not get tarnished.

I was treated with kindness and respect. I have been blessed, so this was a first time visit for me. The staff made this experience a pleasant one for me. They treated me with a lot of dignity and respect. A huge thank you from my heart ladies ❤❤❤

90% Great people. From their IT to the Desk to anyone in building all are very cordial. When i call to talk about my Child Support case with questions my case worker 'Marsha Bates' is the most rude and unhelpful person i have ever dealt with. Her supervisor backs her 100% which scares me worse. I just call with basic questions and i have been treated like a criminal. I am not allowed to have another case worker. They just won't. I changed jobs and gave her a two month warning and gave her all of the proper info. She dropped the ball and i had to pay out of pocket. But it was made to look like my fault. I have been very disappointed with this department. Made me to feel like less than human with every call or interaction. I miss my last case worker. She was an angel and helped me get all of the info i needed and if she couldn't get it she would show me where to go. I miss her.
