Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience while having my first baby, I was scared and labor was intense, but they really helped me ensuring my babies safe delivery and also helping me postpartum just a great place to have your child and know you and baby will both be taken care of. They go above and beyond the baby gets a cute gift and also you get a complementary meal or fruit basket, plus so many consultants for resources for baby and mom including lactation. Love this place honestly almost didn’t want to go home lol.

From beginning to end my experience was excellent! ER, CCU plus one night in a regular room. The nurses and Drs were outstanding! They went above and beyond to be nice and efficient! My requests were met quickly and pleasantly! I even told my daughter that I wasn’t ready to leave the hospital yet because I was being so spoiled!! The food was decent too! Once home, I can’t count the times I said, “I miss my nurses!!” So 10 out of 10 for me!!

I had a hip replacement surgery performed yesterday, Wednesday, 4/16/25. This has been one of the most professional, thorough, and well executed treatments I have had or heard about. Dr. Eason has been a blessing. He took time to educate me about the procedure. He encouraged me to ask questions about things I had on my mind. The carrying out of the surgery has been seamless. My wife has been a wonderful coach, and my son a valuable support.

The nurses/CNA (Amy, Shianna, Kathy, Cathy, Anthony — to name a few) took great care of me in the preparation room. I was told around 7:20am that it was time to go to the anesthesia area, When the nurse wheeled my hospital bed down the hall, she turned left, and the very next thing I saw was a nurse standing next to my bed in the Recovery area! I think I had been tired enough that I fell asleep en route to Anesthesia, and the rest was history.

The nurse in Recovery told me that the surgery was finished, and that everything went well. I was amazed that the entire procedure went off so smoothly.

At home I have had minimal pain. Tawana Travis, and Leslie shared enough information in the “pre-game” briefing on 4/8, that my medications are clearly understood,
and they have been very effective. I walked outside today around the house (about 100
yards in distance), and I did this twice
— without the walker. How cool.

If someone needs to tell me that I am overdoing it in walking,, or that my joyful surprise about the effectiveness of this experience is a result of the pharmaceuticals
I am taking, perhaps they can let me know that. Barring that my euphoria is drug induced, for the time being I am mildly flabbergasted at how “enjoyable”this whole chapter has been.

Stayed overnight after having a hysterectomy on Thursday 4-10-25. Nurses, doctors and staff were very gentle, warm and comforting. Always made sure I was comfortable and that I wasn’t ever asking for too much. Room service was in a timely manner, and food was pretty good. I’ve always come to Iredell for mine and my children’s needs and have never been disappointed.

Being at Iredell Hospital has always been a good experience for me. This was my fourth procedure in 24 years, and I can say that in each one of them I have been cared for and treated with great professionalism, from the doctors, the nurses and all the staff that works in all areas, they treat you like family. God bless this place.

This facility is one of the best I have ever used anywhere in the country. The doctors , nurses, techs and office staff were top notch and patient and family their main focus. I felt very comfortable with each and every person I came into contact with. I would recommend this facility to any of my family and friends

Came in through the ER. Consummate care and consideration! Very grateful for the team there handling my congestive heart failure.
2 night stay on Telemetry was also the same. Everyone on staff was perfect, knowledgeable and offered answers. Food and service were very good. Fresh ingredients, prepared very well and amenable staff every time an order was placed.
No problems at all, and I feel like a new person!
