While the place acts like it cares , it really doesn't, don't be in obx homeless or without, they don't like you there bringing the property value down to where it's actually affordable again!! They called the police on me for nothing , then when the police did nothing they tried to bribe me with a bus ticket anywhere but there , but god has my back , imma return and buy an ocean front house and become the town of kill devil hills honored mascot!! Watch me!!
