After instock social changed to Yapstack, the service went down. I have submitted 3 tickets to support over 2 weeks and no one gets back to me. When you try to call them, you get a busy signal and get disconnected shortly there after. Terrible service and I would not recommend doing business with them

I am so happy with this free service. I can’t believe that a company can provide such a quality service with relevant content that they allow me to preview before they post without charging for it. I’m sure they would love for me to upgrade my account, and maybe I will at some point, but in the meantime they don’t bother me and I love the service.

I've been trying to contact this company for weeks with no luck, I have left several messages but have received no response, They charged my account the $99.00 for premium service, but didn't not give me access to it. I would love to get this fixed, so I can continue using the content this company provides. but refuse to pay twice.
