The staff (Bruno) is horrible and rude. My husband requested court ordered records for his kids for over a month and they still can't seem to get them to him and they get mad and hang up on him and say he is demanding just because he is calling for updates on the status of the records he should have gotten long ago. This place is super unprofessional.

I will never forget how Benny Ng treated me. How concilio enabled him to misappropriate and embezzled funds from the agency. The leadership is corrupt and lazy. I hope Benny works himself into a heart attack and is incapacitated for the rest of his miserable life. And his care taker is someone exactly like him.

This place has very problematic views of who is an immigrant. An immigrant to them is only who passed off as their kin.
Don't get me wrong they will make you sign paperwork and take out grants in your name, get it approved but you will never see that money... It will vanish!
TBC...but some keywords to keep in mind are fraud and racism.
