This seminar company is horrid. I paid the cost to attend a seminar, attended the seminar, the third one I have attended with them actually, my name is located on the sign in sheet, but due to me not “leaving a review for the speaker,” they have refused my replacement certificate if attendance. I have been chosen for continuing education audit after practicing for 15 years. The selfish and foolish requirement of leaving a speaker review will now cause me to lose a successful private practice generating over $3,500 per week that my family relies on. I will lose my license to practice which costed me $375,000 in student loans and over $82,000 in accrued interest. Aside from this major hit to myself, my family, potentially losing my home due to now having zero income, I also paid for the cost of their seminar as well as the $20 fee for a replacement certificate which they have denied me due to them losing my survey. The goal of the person sitting at a desk answering a phone call has been to destroy my practice, my income, my career, my home, my wellbeing. I will never again support this company again and I will make sure I spread the word to any other practitioner who would be legally and responsibly attending their continuing education annually. It is sickening to lose my license and business after attending college for my doctorate and being a great provider to my community. This company has not only left me with no longer having a career, they have also made it a point to remove my services to my community, families who rely on me for their HEALTH. With no license, no business, no career, and no income, I will now find the means of paying for legal representation to be reimbursed for loss of income, the cost of the seminar, the certificate replacement fee that I was refused, the cost of my student loans for a degree that they have left me unable to use, as well as losing my home and emotional suffering.

I’ve always found the seminars very informative and interesting. I’ve attended since 2012 with only 3 in person & others through home study. I definitely would attend more if my schedule permits & the topic is of interest to me, or applicable to those I work with.

I've attended several of IBP seminars over the years and have always come away with new and up to date knowledge of the content. Speakers are interesting and engaging. Venue comfortable. I would pay a few more dollars to be provided with morning fruit/snack bar/muffins and beverage.

The seminar was pretty bad. The studies that the instructor presented to us were from 15-25 years ago, not current/accurate data. The process of turning in our evaluation forms and collecting our certificate of completion was extremely stressful and unorganized. The hotel where the seminar was held was freezing, a room full of 100+ people wearing winter coats inside. Restrooms filthy with leaking toilets. Also, the projectors in the conference room did not work during most of our 6 hour long seminar.

I’m surprised by the low ratings, I’ve had a great experience with ibp. The seminars are thorough, professional, interesting, applicable. I’m impressed by the topics and the level of knowledge of the presenter’s. They truly seem to have specialized and are very competent in what they are sharing. Have especially enjoyed Dr Martin, he’s brilliant and love his dry, subtle humor. Keeps the topic interesting which can be a hard task when presenting for hours.

I have had excellent experience with IBP; courses are great, good after-course customer service, prices are very reasonable. I take at least 1 to 3 courses with them each year. Topics are so helpful in day-to-day life and practice. Highly recommended

I have taken numerous workshops from IBP and have been really pleased by how informative and professional the presenters have been. There's a great range of topics as well.
I've also been pleased with the customer service, finding it prompt and helpful.
