I have been coming here for a year now and every time I go, I love it more. The girls upfront, Yvonne and Stephanie, are awesome, friendly and are hard workers. Them two keep the gym clean and welcoming!! Sean the manager is awesome too. He greets members and always has his office door open for members. As for instructors, Athena is the best!!

Great training classes opening 7 days a week special Zumba Dance hiphop yoga Qigong Pilates. Body pump indoor cycling classes 6 days a week Amazing club..special in Manteca location we got best best Management for running. Cleanest too

Everything about my experience at In Shape is great! The instructors, staff, members, classes and amenities! I recommend this gym to everyone. It has the earliest classes starting at 5am, which align with my schedule perfectly. I added my bf to our account and he also enjoys it.

Excellent gym with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub! The instructors go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals! Shawn the manager is always friendly and works hard to keep the place running smoothly this has been the best decision to become part of the InShape family!

In-Shape Manteca has a great crowd of members that are courteous, & a great staff as well. I’ve been a member for 5yrs & it’s the best gym by far in my opinion, & I’ve lived all over The United States so I can compare them to many. They do a great good.

Working in the area and first time at this in-shape ..very friendly and helpful staff very clean and staff was attentive..made sure towels were out and picked up..i live in Bakersfield and go to my local in shape gym at home so it was nice to go to another one and it's the same with friendly staff and how clean it is..I would like to say a special thank you to these employees who were helpful and making place clean.

I love this gym so much, I’ve been coming to this location for 5 months now. The gym is always clean and well kept. The best part is their customer service, all the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The manager Sean is the best and most accommodating.
