Our case worker Adrianna created a plan for my child after a virtual verbal assessment with me. No licensed professionals are involved in evaluating your child. They just conduct a survey and create a plan based off of that. After conferring with several licensed professionals, I found that a cookie cuter approach is used with IRC and it is not specific to the needs of the child. When I asked Adrianna if a licensed professional would be evaluating my child, she told me "no, that's not how it works."

Seems like they are just slapping diagnoses on children without any licensed professionals, just for the sake of keeping numbers up. If you really want early intervention for your child, this does not seem to be the best solution.

So far I'm not having a good experience. They are not kind and communication is very poor at best. It is so unfortunate that for whatever reason they cannot seem to provide quality care for families most in need. Disabled children in Riverside truly are suffering at the hands of this organization.

I feel disrespect by social worker who rolled their eyes and shake their heads, I did my very best to answer their questions while I have to carry my phone to show what are my daughter activities at home. Meanwhile I have to watch my daughter 🙄

Every time I call get answering service. Although the person after calling a few times did contact me back after calling 10 times. Can't get a live person to talk to.

I have the best worker for my daughter he always answers the phone he always answers my questions and is always very supportive of my daughter and is very respectful if anyone wishes to change thier worker ask for

Inland regional did not help me when I was homeless but they helped my soon to be ex, they sit there just put all this blame, on me, the same with sLs work, didn't have no concern about my safety at all. I had SLS worker stop work with them because they weren't not me and my needs. They sent referral to two different agency, the first one couldn't work with me, I seen the 2nd agency already, I told my and the result counselor I want to work with this company the second one, but I have not heard nothing from Inland Regional Center worker, have have called her and left a voicemail and emailed her and the slow response back, she also seems like she also blames me for this situation. I have been seriously struggling.

Literally calling to get my son who’s 2 evaluated and they have let me call ring for 5 minutes, someone answers and just hangs up? I’m confused why it’s always so difficult to get care for CHILDREN. Answer your damn phone.
