I've been a client for many years. In the past 2 months I've been ignored put off insulted and dismissed. They don't return calls or messages. Kim Krarup, Kristi Miller, Amy Raith have all been very rude towards me and ignorant of my needs. They've treated me like I'm stupid the past couple of months. Now Inclusa refuses to give me a higher up supervisor to complain too. Then they make me feel that I'm a waste of their time like they're above helping me.

They are the worst. We are unable to reach our caseworker, the answering service if you are unable to reach your caseworker is the worst. Middle aged women who hate their lives answering phones with boomer attitude.... you'll receive zero help when it's truly needed but then they expect you to be available for their yearly reviews.

My mom WAS a client for over 10 years. Kelsey K was her social worker. That is all we are to Inclusa, a client and $$$ We struggled with them all the way with EVERYTHING, my mom has been neglected for to long and they never came forward with palliative care, they were minimal with helping and poor time getting anything done or ordered. I found out a lot on my own through an EXCEPTIONAL in home care service-NOT INCLUSA. What we've experienced is they will keep their clients as long as they can no matter what. I have a lot of other horrible things to say about them, to much. If you or your loved one has Inclusa, contact ADRC in your county and ask for other services. I don't know how this service with these people can sleep at night or feel good about their work. We are human beings and you don't treat us as though.

I would give a 1/2 of a star because my mother’s home healthcare manager Kathy Radaszski has a grudge against my disabled mom. My mom is an amputee and when Kathy started as her hhc manager she came to my mom’s house without any permission at all, she scared the crap out of my mom and my niece. She was stopping by unexpectedly to make sure she was really disabled. This was my mother’s first encounter with her now hhc manager that she is still currently on her caseload. My first time seeing Katy at one of my mom’s team meetings she came to the house and she obviously had COVID. My mother has a compromised immune system and this lady was sick told inclusa and my mom. She did not take a test and the start of the meeting she let her mask fall off her sniffling runny nose. I had to respectfully ask her to wear her mask correctly please for the respect of my mom and her health she has been so strong and this girl Kathy has been doing what she can to make my moms life harder. We have a young woman cna who is willing to do some of the home healthcare for mom but Kathy won’t complete the paperwork to get her on payroll and officially make her part of my mother’s healthcare team. She needs all the help she can get and the help now is not enough I’ve stepped in to help her. Let this be a tale for anyone who is interested in inclusa and if you come across Kathy be careful because she is not doing what she could be doing for my moms and I’ve personally witnessed this lady doing stuff to make my moms life hard. I’m on a war path for Kathy’s job!

Completely useless organization. DO NOT believe any of those 5 star reviews. This company will take your money and give you nothing. Hospice has helped my family more than this sorry excuse for a business. When you call either you don't get a call back or it is was after the fact and you have solved the issue yourself. IF.... and that's few and far between, you get a call back all you hear is "we're short staffed..." Well, so is everybody else. Maybe your company stinks to work for and that's why you're short staffed. If I could give this company negative stars I would. How do these people sleep at night. We have since transferred to Lakeland and in the short time and I mean short, Lakeland has been far more responsive.

An employee left my client, in April. We asked for a replacement. One was found, but, we were told that, because of Covid, she'd be working through another agency to get paid, so there wouldn't be a delay in paperwork, etc. Fast forward to nine weeks, later. This employee has been coming to work, and still hasn't been paid, because these folks dropped the ball. No one from this company ever double checked to make sure, within the first week or two she worked, to be sure. Last week she filled out paperwork, and now is able to be paid, hopefully soon, for her efforts. This company doesn't seem to care much about those of us working hard, on the front lines. If we did our jobs this way, and didn't show up for clients who depend on us, and desperately need our help, would we still be employed? How come the folks at Inclusa that screwed up, are still employed 🤔? Something is seriously wrong at Inclusa. Actions speak louder than words, here. I am disgusted at their lack in competence, professionalism, and ability to train employees right the first time around, so these things don't happen. This is when some action needs to be taken, for above employees that dropped the ball, such as: Immediate dismissal, time off without pay, hiring competent employees, etc. These folks are college graduates? Wow. Common sense isn't so common 🙄. I am a CNA, and I'm quite confident that I could do a better job. Sick of vague responses and apologies. 9 weeks, almost 10 weeks, next week, too late for that. Time to stop patronizing, and be proactive. This company needs to step it up. Why shouldn't people use this agency? They don't care enough about their clients, and are too comfortable with their "business as usual" desk jobs. These are people's lives we are talking about. We may lose her now, because of this company's gross negligence and lack of interest in the details of this situation. In September of 2020, my long time client and friend was assigned a new care team, per our request. What a difference this has made. Thanks so much, Courtney and Mary for helping us. We appreciate your communication and understanding, and timely email questions and responses. Things are going much smoother, now. Glad we stayed with Inclusa.

Case manager and nurse were no help at all. When my mom's health got worse, they put their tail between their legs and ran! Family was left to deal with things on our own!
