Well most people say it is nice but not nice to me.

They never pick up phone call. And when came in person, was stopped by the front desk. Said they want an appointment over phone. When you finally could talk with them. They said they need inquiry and documents sent by text to a number. You did whatever they ask you to do. But there is no response after 5 days. I am really disappointed I'd they refused in the beginning than wasting my energy to do all those things. I felt being played. I understand if they lack stuffs, but it is not good to make people do the things and do not give a response after they did all asked!
