I have used them numerous times and have been pleased every time. Isac is kind and knowledgeable. They work after business hours too. The service cost is about $125. The after hours/emergency cost is about $175. It's about 1.5 the cost. The parts are also 1.5x the cost after normal business hours. Worth it though when the AC gives out in hot temps. They have been doing well sticking to the agreed appointment time.

Our AC quit working over the weekend and the interior temperature of the hose was in the mid to upper 80’s. I called Ignite as a new customer and they sent out a service person, on the very same day. He was knowledgeable and communicative…no high pressure sales pitch to get a new AC unit. But, instead he was forthright and honest about my options. He showed me photos of the inside of the AC unit, talked to me about what was wrong, what my possible options were and allowed me to make an informed decision. Bravo Caiden! You were a great representative for Ignite! So much so that I purchased a maintenance plan and will be a continuing and devoted customer from now on…life is so “cool” now!!!

Ignite were able to come out quickly and replace a fried A/C capacitor, as well as a solenoid nearing the end of its life. The cost of this work is a bit upsetting, but it was pretty well in line with what I expected, and better than the cost of a new unit.
The technician was friendly, helpful, and able to explain things in a satisfactory way. I’ll definitely be calling Ignite the next time I need anything heating or cooling-related.
