Thank you to IChange Peru for such an unforgettable experience. This organization possesses every aspect I looked for when I was planning to volunteer abroad. IChange Peru allowed me to develop and expand skills while I was part of the Social Impact Project. I was able to build a very special bond with Gabi, the other volunteers, and the girls we worked with. My host family was also a huge factor that contributed to the amazing experience I had. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, in such a short amount of time I felt as if I had already known them for years. They always made sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of. I was also able to travel to Huaraz, Cusco, and even went to Machu Picchu, where even though the traveling distance was long I always felt safe. Once again, thank you to Gabi and everyone behind IChange Peru for allowing me to personally grow, help others, and experience the beautiful Peruvian culture.
