I had to use ICATS for the first time this past Tuesday on Feb 7th. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect as I am not used to using public transportation. My drivers name was Laura and she was just so friendly and helpful explaining how ICATS worked when I asked her and she made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. She explained that I had to call ICATS when I was done to be picked up and if it wasn't for her explaining that to me I would have never known and would have just been standing outside of my Drs office waiting to be picked up. Laura was on time picking me up and I even made it to my appointment early. I was hoping she was going to be my driver on my way home but I had a very nice man named Jeremiah who was very polite and we engaged in conversation on my way home which made the ride home just as pleasant as my ride to the Dr. I am disabled and on a fixed income so the $1 each way was just so helpful and a blessin, you can't ask for anything better then being picked up and dropped off at your house. I will definitely use ICATS again and will highly recommend it to my friends. Thank you to my drivers for making it a pleasant experience.

I been trying to get a ride to and from work for months now and everytime I call I get the same answer they say we are going over paperwork if approved we will call you. I gave a coworker their number to call to get a ride for work they picked her up the next week and I been trying for months I need my job I have to pay every week where I stay ☹️

They drive to freaking slow , speed limit on Triplett road is 55 best they could do is 35 , impeding traffic on the highest of levels

Drivers are nice. The people in the office need to work on doing their job. I called to ask to make an appointment and all they told me was to get on through the fixed route. First of all, they should have told me what I could do to get an appointment. Second of all, it turned out the bus wouldn't stop where I wanted to get on because the particular route was closed. They were also a bit rude and uninviting. I would have appreciated more help from iCats.

The only problem I ever had with ICAtTS was having to wait. However, if you don't have a vehicle or a. Freimd or relative to take you. You would probably have to wait on them too.
They always get me where I needed to go on time and home safely.

Molly was very helpful to ensure my father in law was transported to his appointments. ICATS quickly jumped in when another agency quit transporting in the area.

Minus 1 star- they now charge to take poor people to the Dr. Just found out-I schedule my appointment through the COA- no one said a word about the changes- I have gone to Dr, appointments with ICATS in about 7-9 months. I had no way of knowing.
