Called to have water shut off because they said if we do it again we will get fined. The worker came out and was very rude, this is the third time he's been unprofessional. Then got me upset and yelling then pulls out his camera to record me. I'm never rude unless that's what I get first. Oh then were told well get charged to have them shut off water if it's to many times in a month. So you lied and it's not free to come as often as I need.

Funny I read these comments. It’s so true that young lady up front is so rude. I misunderstood something and got totally belittled. Yes you are decent looking but not enough to act like that. Extremely rude. The older lady in there has been nice multiple times. I don’t even go in to pay the bill anymore because of her rudeness and nasty remarks. I hope they do something about this, glad I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. Cheers! -Your loyal customer!

So they changed the dates on the contract I signed. Very clearly written in different color, very clearly doesn't match the date I wrote and signed. Charged me for time I didn't live at the house. Refused to give me my deposit back, refused to tell me when the supervisor would be back just kept speaking over me and being very unprofessional. I've never felt so screwed o er by a local government office. But they quite literally robbed me...

I have always been able to call and pay my bill over the phone without an additional service charge. Now yo pay your bill you have to go into the location to avoid a $3.50 processing charge. There is no way that the processing charge is appropriate. Even the corner market covers the processing charge with purchases over $5. Get it together!

Condescending attitude towards you from the main woman in the office! The supervisor does what the main tells him to do! They don't read meter there estimate! Ours has been broken for months and that a fact. Our water is horrible burning your throat. They are the only water company who uses cons instead of gallons I wonder why and

Overcharging for chemical water.
They refuse to cooperate with us while we pay their wages. Rude, inconsiderate staff. We need to do better Humboldt.

Very unprofessional, I don't recommend contracting their services at all but there's no other company out here so you have to. They will not mention anything and charge you again the day after you pay them cut your services and charge you again.

The woman at the front desk is rude and disrespectful and the supervisor is worse they have serious attitude problems. The one 5 star review must be from themselves.
