If it wasn't for their supervisor transporter, Mrs. Jeanie. She is an incredible asset to the organization, going above and beyond to support both biological parents and children. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for families are evident in every interaction. Mrs. Jeanie truly embodies the mission statement, and her efforts deserve recognition.

However, the overall negative attitudes of the rest of the staff overshadow her positive contributions. Instead of fostering bonds and supporting families as their mission statement promises, they appear dismissive and unsupportive of the parents, creating a discouraging environment.
