It's Human Service. Still have to give them the same information that you have sent them many and many and many times. You have to wonder if they're computer or data server can you even keep up with the demand or keep any data. If I had to do that with my home computer. I would be furious........

It always has been a very simple process getting assistance at the DHS office in Yellville, but I have yet to try their online services so I can only speak on their processes as done in person.

This DHS office seems to have problems. My great grandchildren have been in the system for over 2 years now. Court has ended and still no verdict. Very frustrating. 5 ladies have come and gone as case workers or transporters in the last 12 months. Some thing is wrong that they can't keep their help.

This was a very shocked cuz all the other offices that I've been to in the state of Texas you wait for hours and hours and they treat you like you're just a number at this location it was very peaceful happy and the ladies were super happy and they was willing to help you in everything that they could thank you very much
