Either someone can't read or so lazy they are not going to get out. I put a lot of sox shoes, new weed waker. I put every thing out this morning but it was raining so I just opened the garage door. They said they were here this morning but did not see sign HOPE. Or 6 boxes. Now I have to move everything back into the house so I can get my car out. This is the last time I make a donation to theses people.

Our team, here at The CORE Training, recently volunteered at Hope House. We love this organization so much and what they do for the community. They go above and beyond to take care of women and children in need. We are so thankful for the opportunity to give back and can't wait to serve there again.

They don’t keep their word.
More like “get your Hopes up House”.
Will have you and your kids living in a house with hostile mentally ill people.
There’s more I could say but this would be a much longer paragraph. There were a some positives, but in my experience, the negatives outweighed them. Board of directors need to step in. Great concept wrong leadership.

Do not. And I repeat do not share every detail of your story with them whatever they use it for - get more donations, share pictures of your babies and story. Especially if it is hard core - it is solely for the purpose of sharing with the people who are faithfully donating to this facility marketing tool not more than that. Rooms are cold. You have not rights there, you are treated as someone else’s property. This is NOT a Christian facility. Unfortunately when I escalated what happened to me there - I wasn’t trusted by “partner organizations”. I am a new refugee in this country so what I say against the words of the manager is nothing. I stayed there 2 weeks and would have ended up in the street with a 5 year old and a 2 year old if it wasn’t for my friends. My requests to keep the place safe for small child and put away the chemicals that were hazardous for my son and were easily accessible under the sink were disregarded. After several requests I went ahead and put them away myself. It made the house manager very angry. She took pictures of my menstrual pads and posted them in the house chat (went in the tied up bag to find them in the trash). Later they created paperwork as if it was my responsibility to put the chemicals away and not the facility’s manager (even tho my requests have been ignored and I was told the house cannot live by my children’s rules as there are other people living there). And yes Debby, I was planning to write that and truth needs to be heard always and yes this is biblical. Please contact me with any questions.

Love the concept of this place.
I take all of my donations here and drop them off. Not only do they help the ladies and children of this house they distribute the items to the homeless And other shelters.
