We have had communication issues ever since we started trying to get help. No return phone calls. People show up unannounced and people that are scheduled to come never show up. The office people act like you are disturbing them. Will not recommend this place.

Home Helpers’ staff are Professional and make sure our clients are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Libby is always there to assist if needed. I count on her for a lot. Pros: Home helpers has amazing boss's that will try and work with you through everything they are very considerate about their employees and their clients.
Cons: The millage if you have more then one client that day you could be driving a hour between the two instead of placing clients that are closer together on your schedule, and from my understanding there is no millage reimbursement so you end up using part of your check from their cash advance app to make it till payday.

Home Helpers.... what can I say about them. Not only are they a top notch company who care about the quality of care their clients receive they also care about their employees as well. It's been 2 years now since our daughter had a huge health scare and the owners allowed my wife who is the Market Manager/RN for North Central Arkansas to continue to work remotely from the various hospitals ( Jonesboro Ar. And St. Louis Mo.) Our daughter was in so she could be close to her and get daily updates with the many doctors that was trying to figure out what exactly was going on with our daughter. If ya even need any one to help care for a loved one give the gals a call and they will take care of your needs
