HOLISTIKA is Safe Space to explore Self, Practice and feel held.

I've been graced with the opportunity to have seen this space unfold through from a vision of Love. I have known the owner and steward of the space for some time and can attest the devotion that she has toward the organically unfolding vision for the space and community. The sapce is held Sacred and in a Good Way by all who show up.

I encourage anyone on a Path, or curious about their Path, to show up and feel for themself.

I’ve come to the space for workshops and events a few times and when the events are over, I never want to leave. The owner has done such an amazing job at creating a space that makes you feel welcome and held. I wish I could move in. Also, the owner, Ash, is such a wise woman, and she has so many offerings that she teaches from her own personal life experiences. A safe haven, wise woman owner, and deeply transforming offerings!!

I have a beautiful online spiritual community but was craving something similar in person and stumbled upon HOLISTIKA. It feels so good to connect with others locally who are doing the work. I can show up fully as my authentic self and talk about all of the things that light me up - healing, psychedelics, energy, yoga, and more and know i'll be truly seen, loved, and held just as I am.

All of their offerings are so aligned with my healing journey and I find myself wanting to attend every single one.

I've also sat in medicine ceremonies with owner Ash, who holds space so beautifully. Her energy is nurturing and highly intuitive; she seamlessly weaves together holistic, energetic, and coaching modalities that have allowed me to gain potent insights, clarity, and inner knowings about my life, path, and purpose. HOLISTIKA is the divine medicine I never knew I needed, and can now not live without 💖

When I go to Holistika, I feel at home, grounded, and centered in love. ❤️ This space has been curated with lots of intention and love, allowing us to feel relaxed and in a flow of life that speaks to the soul. The cleanliness and minimalism, combined with the full intention of creating a space for being, invites one to feel in full abundance and inner connection. There is nothing like this place and space around the area. I call it the spiritual, mindful, and conscious oasis in our community, a place where we can feel nurtured and simply be. ✨✨✨

Ash has curated a peaceful oasis where all are welcome to slow down and connect with the fullness already within. After a Family Constellation session led by Kyla Mitsunaga and a Sound Healing Ceremony led by Chet Bentley, I have a new freedom for embodying my life's purpose. I highly recommend the Membership for anyone who wants to be around others on a similar journey of fulfillment and self discovery. Every workshop on the calendar sounds extremely compelling.

I had taken the Viniyoga class 8.5 months pregnant and loved it. It was perfect for what I needed and helped me get all the right stretches and breathing techniques down for the big day. I really appreciated the instructor, Coach, and absolutely loved the environment/ambiance.
