Hats off to the the Hispanic League for over two decades of presenting a street festival in Winston Salem. Just attended the most recent one. Amazing event. Plenty of seating for eating great food. I would suggest making it easier to locate the vendors that sell water, beverages, etc. Otherwise, fantastic.
