At first, this place seemed nice. The workers were very kind.
I went in for my “interview“ so I could have them help me find a place to live, considering I was homeless, Which that is what this places for, helping you find a place to live until you can get back up on your feet.
They allowed me to come in, use their Wi-Fi, they would cook meals for everyone to eat, which that was all great.
But, I would often ask them if they ever heard back from any of the people that They worked with, to help you find a place to stay & they just told me “it will take about a month“.
Well, after about a month past, they still never told me anything about hearing back from a place to stay.
Two months past, three months past, & at this point in time it’s been even beyond that & they have not said a word to me. I stopped showing up there because I ran out of gas to drive around. They did not ask if I was OK or anything.
I have been put in very bad, dangerous, & awkward situations. I have not had A place to stay, but sleeping on random couches & in vehicles.
It is unfortunate that they do not seem to care what happens to you. Unless you are constantly on them about them finding you a place to stay, it seems that they do not care if you drop off the face of the earth.
