We have had to call 4 times because of my falls. I am 75 and had open heart surgery with tons of complications that put me in the ICU for 21 days and rehab for an additional 3 weeks. My wife has a bad back and its dangerous for her to try and get me back on my feet. The firemen and women who come to our home are COMPASSIONATE EXPERTS. We have a large German Shepherd with very large bark. The rescuers are now on a first name basis with our dog. We are so grateful for these people!!! God bless them!

My family had an emergency on our trip back home. We called 911. The fire rescue team including Mike and Kyle showed up in about 60 seconds. They were really nice and helped us get our crisis resolved. Excellent service! We appreciate them!!

The team that came to our aid April 10, 2021 in Flatwoods park was amazing. My mother had a broken hip (falling off a bike on concrete- ouch!) and my kids were frantic. Firemen and EMS were so calm and efficient- they were nice to the kids - and mom was made comfortable- loaded and delivered fast to TGH. I really was grateful for them. Thank you all!

My roommate tossed my keys on the roof of our complex. Now I know that's not an emergency but who else has the capability of scaling buildings? Called to ask if they could come get them down and they said no.
