Apparently, I made a mistake walking through the door today to deliver flowers and puzzles to a friend. I was not greeted at the front desk, even though I explained it was my first time visiting. I was just told to put on a mask and then rushed out the door as quickly as possible. I was told they were in lockdown; I just didn't know what that entailed. Some kindness would have left me with a better impression. It takes little effort; I was kind.

Great place, wonderful atmosphere. The food in the dining area is brilliant with a buffet style set up. The workers are very friendly, and knowledgeable..The rooms are mostly double occupancy rooms and quite small, but the family area makes up for it. The new addition of the lights and textures and sounds in the therapy room are amazing.

Friendly & attentive staff, PT, pharmacy & nurse on site. Clean facility is well laid out, hosts planned activities & scheduled live music. Also has above par food. These folks have taken care of 3 of my family members over the years and we have absolutely no complaints.
This place is consistently great. I am unable to offer 5 stars because of the monthly cost.

Sad,,,took them 2 weeks before admitting my dad to ER for Pneumonia Over a week to figure out he had a stroke and 4 months of a shattered hip after the pins would not take they would force him to do physical therapy which was torturest for him Not realizing that he had a shattered hip and the pins did not take and he would need A full hip replacement,,,, Although I have nothing to say about the nurses or specialist I do say the CNA's are underpaid and overworked resulting in feeble care for patients
