Good luck! The manager, Tatyana, does not return phone calls or emails. She sporadically communicated with my mother, who was applying for an apartment for a big move from Chicago to be closer to me. I also attempted to call and left multiple messages in an effort to tour an apartment and get information with no response. I only got to go see an apartment after dropping in and finding Tatyana sitting at her desk. Not returning calls.

FYI: Getting final approval from the "compliance" team appears to be akin to getting a private blessing from the Pope (if not HARDER!).

This has been the most stressful experience of my life, and I'm devastated that this property management company is so egregiously unprofessional in how they treat the elderly (and their families) who are simply looking for a place to call home. The impact the stress of this experience has had on my elderly mom, and her overall health and wellbeing, is outrageous. The stress led her to back out of the move once she was finally approved.

Nice complex. Kept clean. Friendly maintenance. Good complex if you are home health. Bad parking you would have to park on the street which the surrounding houses park too. Use a window shade or your car will be 100000° they pass out parking warnings. The sink water doesn't get cold depending on the day and not safe to drink. So bottle up for yourself and pets etc.

Lived here a few years only because I don't have enough money for a deposit on another place.
First this complex does Not have garages. No mineral pool, landscaping is dying everywhere. Weeds grow like crazy. In the time I've been here there has been at least 6 managers one of which quit after 1 day. Before this last manager left they would close the community center, such as it is for their lunch time. Since the new services director has been here 2 years we may have had two 2 invited guest entertainment. Judgment and ignorance abound here.

This complex is for Seniors 55 and over. Nice landscaping. There is a therapy pool, and community room. Each building has a laundry room and an elevator. Wide walkways and easy to navigate stairs.

Lived there seven plus years. Overall, a nice living complex for a mixed aged group of folks.

I do not live here but I visit often, the area is always clean kept tidy. Also I'm always hearing about different events and functions that they are doing and the people getting together to do.
