Excellent place. Last year the leadership changed hands and the difference has been remarkable. Katie (Executive Director), Jackie (Assistant Director), and Abbey (Nursing Supervisor for my loved one) have all been amazing. They have all worked hard to raise the bar to ensure that every resident receives excellent care. They care deeply about every resident and work hard to keep families connected, in spite of all the distancing guidelines of the pandemic. They go above and beyond to address needs and treat every person with respect. The staff has also greatly improved over the last year. The RA team has shown dedication and excellence. I would recommend Heritage Senior Living Elm Grove to anyone who would like personal, attentive care for their loved one.

3 years ago we suddenly found ourselves in the situation of needing memory care for my mom. We had toured 5 facilities and decided on Heritage Elm Grove. If presented with similar circumstances today – we would totally make the same decision. My mom has received very good care and has had a consistent and compassionate core group of caregivers since she moved in. They treat her like family. I am fortunate to live close and can visit regularly. There has been good communication regarding any changes/updates in my mom’s condition. Since COVID, strict visiting restrictions have been in place to keep residents as safe as possible. Despite the challenges that presents, there are options in place so you can still “visit” – I have been able to call or stop by pretty much any time of day and I can see or talk to my mom within a matter of minutes. A big Thank You to all the Heritage Staff for your wonderful care! We are forever grateful.

My almost 99 year old mother spent the last year of her life at Heritage of Elm Grove in enhanced assistant living. She received excellent care from all who work there as well as hospice nurses. Since was unable to walk and eventually became blind, she required much care. I’m happy to say that not only did she receive the assistance she needed, but it was always given with compassion and love.

Incredible people in Memory Care. My dad was there only about seven months before he passed but it was such a caring environment for one with dementia and Alzheimer's. I loved the staff members, each and every one involved and always keeping us in the loop to make decisions. I'd gladly do it again. It's such a difficult decision. My family thought they were great.

The new staff are very helpful and caring. There has been constant feedback about my mother who entered Heritage in March of 2020. Abbey, my mother's nurse has been especially great. She was happy to assist my mother with a tele-health appointment with her doctor. She also keeps me informed on my mother's medication levels, so I can keep up with them. Katie, the Executive Director, sends out ample communication, including updates on the Covid-19 situation. Katie was also very forthcoming about the shortages the facility had prior to the arrival of the new staff. Finally, the facility is is great shape. The staff obviously care about the maintenance and appearance of Heritage.

My brother is currently living at Heritage Elm Grove. I have been very happy with his care. The staff has helped him in so many ways....kindness and patience has been appreciated. Abbey (Head Nurse) has worked with my brother and our family to make my brother comfortable and feel safe. Thank you all.

Have a CLTs friend who currently is here. We picked up and the staff were very friendly. The inside what I saw was beautiful. His friend is very well groomed very happy and well taken care of for sure!!!

This a warning to anybody that has a parent in this place. Please check on them whenever you can. Worker's don't do there job's. They will leave your loved one's sitting in there wet clothes and bed. Not giving them breakfast or even to the rest room after 3 hour's. Horrible and so sad.
