Wrongful termination of employees. Talks bad about clients and employees. Worked here an entire year, did 24/7 on call scheduling, had zero days off, never called off, was never late. Was just fired out of the blue with no explanation, had zero write up's.
Was never given a raise nor a 6 month evaluation to talk about my strengths or where I needed improvement. The entire staff did me completely dirty, absolutely cruel and heart breaking to me.
I have multiple previous coworkers that have encountered this same kind of treatment. Boss couldn’t fire me herself and had someone else do it. I wasn’t even given a proper exit nor a THANK YOU for taking the weight of scheduling off of EVERYONES BACK

I have to say the experience we have had with Heart & Hand and the staff has been amazing. The care received and all the answers to our questions were so comforting. The facility is VERY clean and the food is homemade. The activities provided keep your loved one active and engaged. If you are looking for a place for someone in your family who is needing extra care and want them to be loved and supported, Heart & Hand is for you. The staff is experienced and caring!! I love that Heart and Hand is owned and managed by local Imperial Valley residents. Which means they are there “hands on” every day and the owners are always just a phone call away. It’s a clean, beautiful house located in a beautiful neighborhood. All the food is homemade from personal recipes from one of the owners and whenever I have visited I smell something good cooking from the moment I walk through the front door. Just like home. Heart and Hand is the type of home our loved ones deserve, and I am glad we have it in the valley. I know firsthand they truly put their heart into everything about this special place.

Awesome and compassionate people work here. They take extremely good care of your loved one. Everyone is genuine and truly care as if the person there is their own parent or grandparent. I highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would.
