This place exudes kindness. I was there for a short time. The staff was incredibly, well, amazing. They must be trained in patience, to say the least. Thank you Pathways for be a being a loving bridge. ☮️ They even loved Pearl Jam. 💙

The people who run pathways doesn't care about the peope who are there .they worry bout the big donation . They don't help people get anything or with helping to find places to live

And they do shelter you can give you a place to sleep and feed you may not be all alone but it's food I can't use half of what they got because being pre diabetic is hard

Most of the staff is two faced and drama seeking, very rude and accuse people of harming and neglecting their children, giving strikes for no reason and trying to kick them out on the streets. They do provide necessities but if you have lice they give you shampoo and the combs but the combs have been used by others and they make you return it when done, very unsanitary. Everything else is clean and safe however they don’t update food cabinets often. They do provide dinners and lunches for you. for a place trying to help it shows a lot more negativity from the people who are supposed to help and run the place. The residents are amazing and full of joy. If not for the staff it would be a wonderful pick me up when you are in need of a place to stay.

Turned a family of 6 away with 4 children, after a guy the day before refused to help them because it was after hours and claimed he took down information and would let the morning staff know the next morning when they opened at 10am. The family went up there as directed to do the intake paperwork because they literally had nowhere else to go and was told by the workers they couldn't help them and turned them away. Homelessness has become a serious issue, and these families have nobody to turn to for help. Sometimes, families just need a little extra support to get back on their feet after a hardship. Pathways is not one I would ever recommend again as a resource of helping someone more than less an entire family in desperate need of shelter. I would have given them zero stars if that was an option.
