This was my first visit to this store, I am comparing it to a top rated thrift store I often shop at in North Raleigh and I was disappointed. The clothing, at least the women’s, was crammed on racks and often mixed up by size, with size smalls mixed in with large as an example. The day I was there the women’s pants were pretty much all assorted sizes jammed together. Many items of clothes and other merchandise I saw in the store are poor quality that I would have recycled rather than donated. I appreciate that the store is set up to benefit a worthy cause and hope that it can be better organized and items screened better so the store is more inviting.

HandmeUPs Thrift is a nice thrift store located in a not-so-busy location. Its clean, spacious and well-lighted area makes your shopping easy. The prices are ok for their books, clothing, toys, and others.

As thrift stores raise their prices Handmeups continues to have quality products at good prices. A nice selection of clothes, household items, media and more. Frequent turnover too. Supports employment of adults with autism and other issues, which is a high need.

Great place. Located in the corner of Subway and Food Lion. As an abuse survivor I just couldn't handle the mask enforcement so was not able to full on shop. This seems like a much better alternative to Goodwill. Their furniture prices are amazing. Other than that, wasn't in long enough to really explore. Will have to come back in the future.

The employees appeared prejudice and kept giving me and my mother judgemental looks. I don’t want to assume it is because we are African American but none of the Caucasian customers received the same treatment and were greeted with pleasant greetings unlike the greeting me and my mother received.

I love this thrift store! I recently discovered it and I have only been a couple of times now but every time I go the energy there is so positive and fun that it is contagious. The staff can be overheard singing to the fun music and laughing with each other. They have great prices and a great selection. If you follow them on social media they post all their sales for the week on Sunday or Monday.
