First timer here, came this past weekend with my fiance to hopefully find things for our home. We sure did find a lot of home goodies. But unfortunately, we couldn't get any furniture. It was too big to fit in our car amongst other finds we left behind. Luckily I found some gems Gardening books💕 yes, please. Plus the customer service is really nice and helpful. We Will be back soon.

Google maps edit function will not accept text, just multiple choices. THIS IS NOW ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES ONLY. Don't be mislead by all the pictures of the old ReStore selling recycled building materials, and all the reviews of the store no longer apply. Google (are they listening?) needs to remove the reviews and photos related to the store as it is now CLOSED. But the admin offices are still open at this location. (just drove by)

Bought a great end table that matched a round table I bought at another ReStore. Lucky find and the price was fantastic! Also, Lulu helped me find some wall outlet cover plates. She dug through a bunch to find just what I needed! Very helpful and polite young lady.

Such a unique thrift store! It seems like it's mostly for if you're building a house, or need spare things to fix up your house. There's doors, toilets, sinks, ovens, plumbing parts, electrical parts, rugs, couches, tables, cupboards, etc. Everything is nicely sorted and organized, and I can imagine it would be very useful if you're trying to fix a house on a tight budget.
There's a little tiny section for regular thrift store type stuff, such as books (50 cents each). No clothes.
They seem to have daily sales on specific things. When I went one day, doors were all on sale, and all books and VHSs were free!
I went again today, and all couches were 75% off. Most couches had the original price of around $50-$75, but I found a really nice one (good quality, a couple tears, but it was clean and the cushions were still nice and firm) for $5.99. I could NOT believe it, so I asked some staff members to confirm. They were super friendly and nice, and said, "Well, that's what we do. We sell stuff for cheap!" 🙂 The couches were all 75% off, so I walked out of the store with a completely good couch for $1.62!! Best purchase I've ever made!

Me and my husband has been dealing with habitat for nine straight years, and this is the worst experience we ever had today July 3rd 2021. We purchase four items from habitat, only could fit two items in my Prius. Made arrangement with the floor manager that we would come back immediately to pick up the other items. We asked them what time they close today and they said they close at 5:00 p.m., my husband and I arrived there at 4:28 p.m., went to the back to size the door that we needed, we was getting the door to bring it to the register and pick up our items that we had to pick up before 5:00 p.m. Lulu Martinez came back there to tell us that her register was closed out for today and that we could not purchase anything else, and we had the door in our hands. I informed her that we have already paid for items that we went to pick up and we would like to purchase the door so that we can leave. She informed me the only thing that we can receive was the purchase item. When she brought the item up to the door people will still purchasing items. The cash register asked me what was wrong. I told her that she was aware that I was going home to pick up the truck so that I can pick up the larger items, and she looked at Lulu Martinez and asked her do you wish for me to close the register now, Miss Martinez told her to close it because no one else wasn't going to purchase anything else. I truly feel that she's unprofessional and a habitual liar, she do not need a job dealing with the public. I was at the cash register at 4:38 and the cash register had not been closed out and I don't see the problem with her letting me purchase the door since the register was not closed out and people still purchasing things and they had a manager special for 50% off today. I asked her could I come in Tuesday to purchase the door for the 50% off. She told me there would not be no 50% off on Tuesday, with a sarcastic good bye and have a good night, happy Fourth of July, and thank you for your business. I asked her could I speak with the manager when she assured me that she was the manager and that I can go to whoever I choose to go to, with a smile on her face. My husband asked her to write her name on habitat business card, she say that is my name on that card that you have in your hand. That's supposed to be good customer service I think not. She really need some extensive training when it comes to the public and managing people. I'm very dissatisfied with her service, especially at the running home making sure I get back before they close at 5:00 p.m. to pick up my items.🤔

I put a $2,000 set of kitchen cabinets on hold for 1hr. The cashier said I could leave and come back, but I stayed until my wife could come and take a look. 45 minutes after I put a 1 hour hold on it I was informed that somebody had just walked up and paid for them even though I had them on hold John the manager said there was nothing he would do for me, "not today not tomorrow not ever." They said my 1 hour hold didn't matter they weren't willing to tell the other lady that they had made a mistake in selling them when I had them on hold. My advice, don't trust the staff and don't expect John to do anything to make it right.
