My first time entering HFH and i was surprised at the great prices$$$. I purchased furniture,paint at 70% off, along with paint brushes and tools. The staff was decent, but Sophia was the star of the show and assisted me with any questions that i had and she definitely didn't forget to put on her elbow grease before her shift? The reason i gave 4stars is due to a misunderstanding on pricing for bathroom cabinets that i wanted to purchase. Happy that i came here for the savings.

Sophia in the store was so kind getting someone to open the back of store for our donation. Jeri was excellent as well, happy to help and took all the items we were bringing to them. She’s running a clean, highly competent space. Highly recommend this location as the gals made it effortless to be able to donate.

First time in this store and was a great experience. I went to see what they have and they have a variety of things for the home. I found a vanity for my bathroom brand new at a great price. We were looking for a specific size and Q was very helpful offered us different options. He was friendly and helpful we found the perfect size. Great customer service from Q. Definitely will be back for my kitchen cabinets next time.

I don’t know if they realize that a smile goes a long way. I don’t know why I continue to shop there, yes I do. It’s a store that maintains itself on donations. They.give Home Depot and lowes competition on their prices. But hey, like I said in the beginning of my review, a smile would add the cherry to my shopping experience. I do pay more sometimes if the service is good. I’m just saying.
