Fun spot to pillage and unique finds. Prices are higher than most donation sites because this isn't your typical donation thrift store. Worth the visit!

I was calling around to find a place to donate my furniture because I had bought new furniture. Habitat for Humanity called me back asked me what I had to donate which was a sofa chair and an oversized ottoman. The furniture was in good condition meaning there was no rips, tears or stains. They made an appointment to come and pick up the furniture or so I thought. When they got here they had to call into the office and send pictures to see if they could take the furniture. They informed me that they could not take the furniture. Call me naïve, but I didn’t even know this was a thing. I was donating furniture. If they wanted to know what it look like or if it’s something they took, they surely could’ve asked me for pictures ahead of time. After going in and reading some of the reviews online I got the impression that this was not your normal habitat store. It’s a shame because it would’ve made a nice set for somebody just starting out or who maybe didn’t have a lot of money but wanted something that looked nice. I also wanna add that it came from a pet free, smoke free home. Will find someplace else to donate it.

This is not your ordinary thrift store. This place has some really cool stuff and the prices used to be really good but it seems like due to popularity they have really bumped up their prices.
If you are looking for something particular then just keep going and you will find it. I couldn’t find what i was looking for but it sure is a good place to check out.

I used to shop at ReStores all the time. I actually worked at one before. However, the prices are crazy!!! I understand the HP Market donations being more, but most things are really overpriced. 😞 Bummer!

I stopped by this store on the way back from visiting a furniture showroom. They had a lot of nice items. The store was neatly arranged and the staff was friendly. BUT, I am to the point of not wanting to shop at the thrift stores much anymore. They have gotten ridiculously expensive. I can catch sales at Belk and regular stores cheaper than shopping thrift. Why would I pay $10 for a bowl there when I can buy a new one at Marshall’s or Walmart for $6.95.
It’s all the 2nd hand stores now too. Greed has taken over.

After hearing about this place for years I decided to stop in this last weekend. I thought it was a thrift type store, but it absolutely is not. Most things are full price, some even more than retail. One example was an exterior door, it still had the lowes sticker on it, so I scanned it; lowes was 100$ less for the same door. I planned on grabbing a ceiling fixture, until I realized the ones not broken are anywhere from 300$-1500$.

Do not expect to this place to be like a thrift store and you might have a great experience. My expectations were completely different.
