I really like this location. Everyone is friendly and the service is always very quick even with a room full of people. Many of my questions have been answered by the lovely ladies in reception and the case workers are always smiling and make me feel comfortable while asking for help.

Lousy.. CPS is a joke. Children have been living in filth and they have done nothing. House is full of bed bugs mom sleeps all day. CPS goes in checks and leaves after giving them a 5 days to clean. They don't stay after that. Kids are filthy. I feel bad for the kids but their parents aren't parents and cps doesn't care

This particular social services is BY FAR THE WORST I've EVER experienced!!!! I have had several BAD (very bad) experiences here! I've even called the director who was not any better than those under him! From losing paperwork that I had a very difficult time getting to flat out calling me a LIAR these workers are well below competent at doing their job! I wouldn't write this review if I thought these were just isolated incidents or a group of workers just having a bad day but this review is written based on multiple experiences over a period of years waiting & hoping for them to get their mess together!

Not for a working person that needs help and have no kids working people need help too sometimes help not judgement on a scale of income that is never enough to make ends meet we hungry too it should be no such thing as you make to much money to need help you got people getting $ 600 to take care of their family,that not even from the US and prisoners that don't work in a pie shop get thaken care of better than someone that's got a job

I applied for Medicaid online the end of May, I received one request for additional paperwork, which I returned to the office on time. July 22, no phone calls, nothing in the mail. So I called the office and was told that I was rejected on July 12 because I was working. I stopped working on May 23. So she says oh well you have to prove that and reapply. Are you freaking kidding me.. I went down there because I didn’t have a job and needed insurance, Dah. I guess a phone call or a letter in the mail would have been to much work. I didn’t even receive a letter that I was rejected. What a waste of time and effort. Thanks Medicaid lady for absolutely NOTHING!!

Very friendly environment and clean and not a very long wait time and they have been very helpful each time ? Great customer service
