Not a gym … it’s a club! Nothing haughty and not gym-rat culture. Family-style. Good equipment, great service and hospitality, wonderful pools.

My 4 star has nothing to do with the place itself, it's nice and the people at the front desk are nice too, it seems to be well cleaned and maintained but the people that go there are down right rude. If you don't work there don't say anything to my or my younger siblings especially when they're doing nothing wrong. I've had people judge me for weight while working out. Me just being in my bathing suit in the locker I've received many dirty looks. The pool has free swim and also has aerobics etc. This Karen (WHO DIDNT WORK THERE) came up to me and my young siblings who were swimming in the free lane and told us to leave and that we could come back later, the nerve, like who are you. None of the people working said anything, and they saw us there. We know when we can be there and when we can't. I'm just so annoyed that lady came up to kids talking that way. MIND.YOU'RE. BUSINESS. If you come here please just be careful of the people there.

This place is fantastic! My family and I had a fantastic time here. The indoor and outdoor pools are both salt water, which is fantastic. The lazy river is enjoyable. The slide was fantastic! I'm seriously considering joining the club.

Super clean facility! Straight forward and easy checkin process… snack and beverage bar. The lazy river was an absolute hit for my son, but the fitness center was my favorite! Highly recommend!

I moved to Raleigh in 2015 and immediately joined Granite Falls. The pool is awesome, but you need to make sure your schedule is conflicting with the other groups that are training. The locker room is clean, the people are extremely nice and the outdoor section is great for the summer. I recommend this place.

Given a pass by a friend, I went to a 7:00 pm water exercise class. My first time there I was given no instruction or direction of where to go until I asked. The women's changing room and bathrooms were gross. I realize it was the end of the day but shouldn't someone be checking on the sanitation during the day? The pool room was so loud and crowded we couldn't hear the instructor. I like the saline water but it didn't look clean to me--it was yellowish/cloudy. The floor of the pool is brownish/dirty looking. As I walked through the weight room, the machines didn't appear to be wiped down. Carpeting was not clean. Because of poor sanitation and overcrowding, I won't be back and I'm disappointed because I was really hoping I'd be a regular.

My family and I have a membership here and it's one of the best pools I've been to. The outdoor pool has a slide and a toddler play area as well as a lazy river and very clean facilities. Fridays and Saturdays they have a bar open with cocktails and beer. Throughout the week the concession stand is open where you can get hot food and popsicles, ice cream and snacks. The staff are friendly and very nice. They do have an adult swim for 15 minutes every hour or so. Definitely recommend this pool if you're inquiring about a membership somewhere.
