Been in Washington 5 years and just now starting to go to the Senior Center. Wish I had known about it before but better late than never!! It is a great place and I can drop in and work out in between errands. Making friends and enjoying the lovely and convenient location.
This center is all about quality of life. Amazing. Feel very blessed to be able to go here.

The staff works really hard to offer lots of activities and things of interest for many. From aerobics, yoga, pool table, exercise room, speakers on many topics, dance lessons, art classes, card games and origami. Very friendly and helpful people.
