Goodwill used to be a really clean store when they first opened. . Now is just nasty, the floors are never mopped or cleaned. Nothing is ever categorized. Stuff all over the floor and prices are ridiculous. I don't even enjoy going in there any more.

This goodwill is ok, but not much selection as far as items or media for me personally. It's huge though and has a good amount of clothing if you wanna look through that kinda stuff. Definitely could benefit from a remodel though because the space is there!!

They will NOT let you use the fitting rooms anymore and returning something is a huge pain in the neck....1st you need the receipt, which I understand, but also you won't get your money back, instead you get store credit

WE WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. AND WE ALWAYS WRITE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT IT AND COOPERATE OFFICE OF GOODWILL DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE $$$$$$$$$$ THAT COMES IN. HELL THE WORKERS THEY STEAL DONATIONS FROM THAT STORE ALL THE TIME. AND ALL THE ELECTRONICS ARE TRASHED SINCE PEOPLE CAN'T THROW THEM AWAY IN THE GARBAGE BINS THEY SET BY THE ROAD CAUSE IF THE ITEM'S CAN'T FIT IN THE GARBAGE BINS THEN U HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO THE CITY DUMP AND PAY $$$$$$$$$$$$$ AND THAT IS WHY ALLOT OF THERE ELECTRONICS DO NOT WORK AT ALL. TRUST ME IF THE APPLIANCES WORK'S THEN THE EMPLOYEES WILL TAKE THEM TO PAWN SHOP'S AND SELL THEM FOR $$$$$ OR AT THERE GARAGE SALE'S THAT THEY HAVE. LAST TIME WE WAS THERE IT SMELLED SO BAD CAUSE ALL OF THE CLOTHES STINK'S SINCE THEY SMELL SO BAD AND GOODWILL STORE'S ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WASHING DONATED CLOTHES AND THEY DON'T. THE BEST GOOD WILL STORES TO SHOP ARE IN MOUNTAIN HOME AND BRANSON MISSOURI.

Probably the cleanest and most organized Goodwill I’ve ever seen. A little dismayed at the the sign about not allowing firearms on the property. Strange. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars.

The manager "Chris" was a total jerk to me just now. I bought a table. When I went to meet him outside to load it I asked if we could wheel it to my car because I probably had to take the top off from the legs to get it in my car and didn't want to hold anybody up and didn't know how complicated it would be. He said "I need you RIGHT HERE!" and he pointed to the spot he was standing in, which was right in front of the loading door/donations. Alright....so that's where I put my car. They wheeled it out and me and a girl tried to fit it in the car. It didn't fit, which I already knew. I said I needed to take the top off. He immediately started to complain that if I "was going to work on it," that I needed to get out of the way of people dropping off donations, so move the car and they'd wheel it out to me. ‍♀️By this time I had turned it over and saw that FOUR SCREWS would take it apart. So I got out the screwdriver and took the top off, all the while he complained that I was blocking the donations. (There was NO ONE THERE DROPPING ANYTHING OFF), and I was in one spot and the other spots to the right and left were empty. Me and the girl threw the base in, top in, and off I went. I didn't even bother putting all the bits in the screwdriver or the screws anywhere secure. I threw it all on the seat and LEFT. Looking at my receipt, I checked out at 1:39. Now it is 1:55. From 1:39 to 1:55 I managed to check out, walk around to donations, talk to him (or, have him yell I NEED YOU RIGHT HERE at me like I work for him), move my car back to donations, have them bring the table out (he first brought out a christmas tree then said oh yeah, the table, so HE wasted time), put the table in the car (twice), drive to a restaurant, order, and now I'm waiting on my food. So how long did I actually "hold up the donation spot"- maybe 5 minutes at most? And all of that complaining about what a nuisance I was? After shopping there? What a complete jerk!

ETA: I would love for corporate to watch film. 1:39:56 check out. Few min later, small middle aged woman taking 4 screws out of a table while little man in charge stomps around warehouse yelling that customer is ruining his day for doing exactly what he said to do. You will never see me on film again. There are 3 thrift stores in this town selling NEW OVERSTOCK stuff, where they don't yell at you and the employees in front of you.

It's a Goodwill. If you've been in one, it's similar to all the others. This was definitely better than some I have been in, but not as nice as others. However, the lady at the register was super nice and she alone is why I would definitely stop back by this Goodwill when in the area.

Great store. Friendly staff, big selection of items. Clean restrooms and they have dressing rooms. Only critique is that they don't seem to know their prices. One if our items wasn't marked with a price but she said it kept ringing up as 99 cents. She just kept saying that wasn't right--ended up charging us 4.99 for something that only cost $5 new. But, aside from that, if you get the color of the week you can get some neat items cheap!
