Your typical Goodwill. Book selection was on the smaller side, but had many DVDs and vinyl. Mostly cloths and housewares. Staff makes an effort to decorate which is nice. Staff is also nice. Some new items in addition to used. Bathrooms were clean. I could see parking being not the easiest when busy. Checkout line has taken a long time every time I’ve gone.

I've gone here 3 times these last few weeks, and am finished shopping here.

Tonight I spent 30 minutes picking out 2 pairs of jeans and 2 tops and 2 jackets to try on. The fitting rooms were locked, so I went to find an employee. I noticed there was a line of at least 3 people waiting to checkout. After a few minutes, an employee came round and told them she'd be with them in a couple minutes. She saw me waiting, I motioned to the fitting rooms, and she said that they closed at 6. She then left the checkout area again. I tried on the jackets, then left everything there, as I don't see the point of purchasing non-returnable items I can't first try on. I don't know how long those poor patrons were left waiting to checkout, but she hadn't come back to them by the time I left.

The other two times I've shopped here, checking out took exceptionally long. Maybe the cashier should be designated for that position only? Not having to run around and do other things while people wait... and wait... to pay.

no more fitting rooms and the exchange policy is trash. after spending hundreds of dollars here in the past few years (i wish that was an exaggeration lol), I will bring my business somewhere else. this is just a reminder that goodwill is also a part of corporate greed. ):

Love a good Goodwill. You can look for something or most the time it finds you.
Plenty of parking. The dressing rooms are open. New and used items. They have furniture. Bathroom is available.

10 mins before closing, I wasn not let in and the employee shrugged off my need for 1 item. my kids were unpacked and was just brushed off by employees through the glass. real professional

Found two packs of crayons colored pencils. A 12 pack for 1.99 and a 24 pack for .99. I asked the cashier why and she rolled her eyes and said it’s because they’re different. I tried explaining that the cheaper one has double the amount and they don’t even charge $2 for a 12 pack new in store! Cashier was wildly rude. I understand cashiers don’t set the price, but there’s no need to react that way to a customer. Hilarious how people take customer service jobs while simultaneously hating people and suck at customer service. 🙄
