I went for the very first time today. First their clothes per pound is at 3 dollars and some change. Pretty expensive compared to other locations that I have seen online. Their merchandise is subpar honestly not worth it, you are better off catching thrift store sales when they have 50% off, that’s probably the best route.Note: there is a large group of “friends” who go together (like a gang/mob mentality), at the Yolanda location. Mind you it’s my first time there, there are lots of shopping carts on the side. So as I am headed over to the register on my way I decide to do one last view of things, I was at a bin, then curious about the shopping carts, I literally touched, like palm ✋ , touched, not even grab with fingers, and this lady in yellow who is known there, yells at me, ok not an issue, I immediately untouched, like I immediately jolted and untouched, imagine placing your hand and boom she shouts, then she says aggressively something along the lines of did you take anything!? THAT’s the part. Ppl really need to get their values together, I responded no I didn’t grab anything, don’t worry I’m not trying to taking anything. I am by myself, alone, the whole gang in the middle stare me down. Just not a pleasant interaction, people really forget their manners because these material items means so much to them. She literally saw when I touched ever so lightly with my hand ?, and then she is so invested over protecting these material items is insinuating I have taken something, or that I would be walking off with something of hers. Mind you I’m holding a huge comforter, (for my own bed), and holding a Trader Joe’s bag, I didn’t even have the physical capacity to be grabbing something. I am not into that type of human interaction, if you go, go with someone or be someone who doesn’t care for ppl to get mobby, (think Black Friday), go for it, but at $3 something a pound, not worth it. Also I don’t recommend going to vintage stores who upsell things or buying from anyone who upsells online. Check out local garage/ yard sales!

I will give a shout out because I think another girl saw what happened, then as I was standing there, the employees were busy because they were putting other bins out so I was standing there, (as I was being stared down,) another girl in sweats saw me and was like if you want, (mind you because I didn’t have the physical capacity to even grab anything), she says to me “if you want, this cart is mine, and you can place your items, (comforter that takes up my whole hand), on top of my stuff here. ? so I guess at the end of the day you will find those ppl who are kind. But I still wouldn’t recommend going.

You can find great deals here if you don’t mind digging. I love this place and the staff (especially Rosario!) but IT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. It is loud and sometimes fast paced and you have to stop and move while they switch the bins. If you are uptight or don’t like loud places or mingling with all types of people, you most likely will not be comfortable here. Otherwise it’s a great time!

A great experience. My daughter and I went there from Eureka, California. We had never bin to the bins. We had no bags with us. She carried all these clothes over her shoulder to the truck. It was hilarious. Thank you for the fun time. We will be back again.

This is a place for brave treasure hunters. You'll never know what treasures you'll find at dirt cheap prices. But, be prepared to dig a bit. This is not a traditional thrift shop. Bring gloves. And say hi to Rosario at checkout. She will give you the biggest smile you've seen this week!

Extremely rude. Walked in there, my first time ever at the bins and wasn’t told how it works even though there was 2 workers at the door (theyre just chit chatting). So I went ahead and started to look through bins. A worker then yells through the whole building “girl that just walked through the door, get behind the line like everyone else” with an extremely rude attitude. Doesn’t explain anything, say please, or thank you. Rude lady. Will never be coming back or giving good will my business. Super disappointed as I see everyone doing bins and it looks super fun. Sucks that terrible workers ruin the experience.

I've been to a couple of good wills around the area, and honestly I really liked this one. As soon as I walked in I just saw the HUGE book selection that they had. It was ginormous! I was worried it was going to have a smaller selection and it had nearly all the books that I've been needing to finish my collections and sets! Roane want to come back here and check it out! Staff are friendly!

This Goodwill is really more expensive than any other outlet in the entire country!
People go to the Bins because they can’t afford the ridiculously expensive prices at regular Goodwills in this county. Plus it being mostly junk nowadays.
With their way too high price of over $3.50 a pound you end up paying just as much as the regular stores if you buy anything of any weight like shoes, jeans or coats.
I went once. Not going back because of Sonoma County’s Goodwill greediness.

I’ve had a really great experience dealing with Redwood Empire Goodwill. I won an auction for multiple items online and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. They could have easily told me to F off, but they have been very kind and patient and helpful. I highly commend them and I won’t hesitate to buy more stuff from them in the future.
