I came to the store with 2 big bags of clothes from another store I hand picked and the staff of this store would not help me put them at the front despite rushing me so I left them in the cart. I counted the amount of items from the receipt and noticed I lost 4 pieces at the end of the night. The worst thing was I got yelled by every single employee for taking too long in the changing room. One of the employees has the audacity to force me to listen to her complaints while I was pinching the bottom of my dress to prevent from flashing anyone during one of my trips to put back some of the things - clearly not a time to keep me in front of people time and place. I do admit I took way more than an average person would but what is the purpose of a store if it does not serve customers who wish to buy? Just to give the employees the benefit of the doubt that they're not normally this crass, I put back 95% of the clothes with the hanger on, doing way more than I need to in any other store. Shockingly enough, when I was lining up to purchase, one of the employees screamed at me and said I left the changing room a mess. Really perplexed how this store makes money. Are Californians this desperate for clothes they would offer free therapy to these raging lunatics while they shop?

Good space. Large selections. Pretty organized. Pricing could be better. Kohls can be cheaper and its brand new when they have a sale.

This person today I was looking at and donating clothes and a very humble man came asking him if he could take a fan from one of those who were donating and he responded very aggressively that he could not touch anything and that he could not take anything that the other people were donating, it did not seem right to me since the articles that arrive are donations from people who no longer need them, the man very kindly was asking him if he could take a fan that in the end is donated, it is not bought, that is unfair, if the man wanted the fan it is because he needed it

I am from Virginia and the goodwill there is 100 times better than this dump. In VA clothings are cheap around $1.99, $2.99 and so on but this goodwill charges a ridiculous amount at $10-60. I mean talk about GREED. They literally price everyhting at random, you see things like $12.72, $19.68, $22.37, $38.93 and so on like they're literally milking consumers. They also have nasty kitchen wares that has been clearly overused and they're selling for more than a brand new product through retail. Also when they get brand new things they mark it at an absurd price when it's much less than the retail stores. For example I saw a women's comb set for $40 when you can get it at Walmart for $14.99 it's RIDICULOUS!

They really price gouge customers.

Prices are higher than at Daiso. Otherwise the mugs, kitchen utensils and othe knicknacks should move faster. There is the usual smell of Goodwill but the items are well arranged. I just hope that whoever is responsible for pricing will review the tags and make it relatively competitive. This is a thrift store so if pricing is even higher than it should, then inventory will take time to move. You can see that with a lot of items still in the shelves even after a few weeks have passed. I go and visit at least once a week and items are still there. My suggestion is to slash the price down to 50% even during this holiday season only. That should move inventory to make space for 2024.

Decently clean, somewhat crowded. I took my glasses off in the dressing room, forgot them, and left the store and thankfully an employee placed them on a nearby shelf. However, when giving me my glasses back she said, “You left them in the dressing room with all your other clothes” in a very rude and accusing tone of voice. There was a huge pile of clothes in that stall, none of which were brought in by me. It wouldn’t have even been physically possible for me to bring all of those in. No idea why this woman decided that I was responsible for the mess.

Okay, so I stop at this Goodwill pretty regularly. I can say this store is extremely overpriced. I needed a skinny vase and all I could find was DollarTree vases with $3 price tags. Nah, I'll drive down the street before I support that nonsense.
They've also rearranged. Now you can't get to the back of the store without walking through racks of clothing with people and carts in the way. Who thought of this design? There's no clear way through. I'm an able bodied person, I can't imagine needing to use a wheelchair or a walking aid in this store.
Plus, people just sit around on the furniture and watch videos on the highest volume. Not necessarily the stores fault, but super annoying. Try browsing books but someone's legs are in the way, and they're watching tiktoks or whatever.

Even with a 2* review, I stop in almost weekly to check out the books. Everything else is overpriced.
