Staff lady was rude. Said she left a red cart to put clothes that people didn't want after being in the fitting room and loudly yelled "Did you hear me" to the person in the fitting room. Then when I was paying, she asked me with a rude tone "What is it" towards what was obviously a bed sheet.

Went on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. Employee was an older lady and bumped into my 9 year old stepdaughter and didn’t say excuse me, sorry or anything. Was rude like it was an inconvenience to stop picking up stuff from the floor and take care of the 7 person long line she had waiting for her. Didn’t want to take the cat carrier someone had to the back to ask for a price, gave the manager attitude when he asked why she didn’t tell him she had a line. She’s always like this! If she doesn’t like/want the job then she should quit. Management needs to take care of her or move her to the back. Next time if she’s there I’m likely to talk to management in person.

i really like the selection of dresses they have here (one time i found a FULL LENGTH WEDDING GOWN!!!) and ive found some outfits i wear daily here. ive found stuff for cosplays, going out fits, and even a hoco dress once!! but itd really help if i wasnt stressed out by the staff. i go here ALL the time, its a favorite of me and my group of friends, and every time theres one lady who seems to really hate her job. if shes reading this- get a new job, babe. obviously this one isnt working. other than that, you can find some really nice stuff here, dirt cheap. real nice for a teenager with a minimum wage job, lmao. i also love the home decor section!!! ive found good smelling candles that are very aesthetically pleasing, some leaf decor, etc.
i would recommend going to their sweater/jackets section for cosplays and costumes because BOY have i found at least 20 trench coats. one time i almost cried cs i found a beetlejuice the musical hoodie!!! i still wear it to this day.
theres one employee mani? maney? GIVE HER A RAISE!!! she was so sweet and we spoke as if we were friends! 10/10 worker 😇🙏

Please stop writing on everything with black permanent markers. There was a beautiful jewelry box that was ruined because they wrong the price right on the wood.

I used to love this store. Until today when my family and I came shopping. My arms were full so I asked my daughter to get me a cart. Mission accomplished. I put the items in the cart and an employee rudely proclaimed I couldn't use the cart. IF I didn't have items my children really wanted, I would have left and purchased nothing. I saw ONE employee. Apparently it was an employee cart. You can only work 1 cart at a time. Make it make sense. Goodwill makes a lot of money off of free donated products. No carts, no baskets? Lost a customer and someone who donates on a regular basis.

I've gotten some stuff there in the past, but I'm not sure I'll be going back to this location after how I was treated by staff today.
I was there about an hour getting clothes. About a minute after I had gotten into fitting rooms to try on things, I heard staff asking about a car that fit my description. I hurriedly got dressed and went to see what that was about.

To be as fair as possible, the staff member that spoke to me was stressed because she had had to wait for me. I said I had that type of car and asked what it was about.

The issue was that my car was parked in a loading zone. This area wasn't marked and it was a total innocent mistake on my part. There were circumstances that led me to believe it was a parking area, and i will get back to that in a minute.

But the lady who spoke to me was rude and argumentative. I said it would have been nice to have known that wasn't a parking area, but I didn't see any signs that said it wasn't. She immediately argued that I should have known it wasn't a parking area and they didn't need to have signs posted.

I had my arms full of clothes I had been trying to try on, no one offered to help me with them or anything, so I left them on the floor and went to move my car.

It was then that I noticed what the misunderstanding had been. My car was indeed parked in an area that didn't have lines for parking. Ok. Fair. But when I had parked, there was another car there, and I had simply parked beside it. I even remembered thinking "the lines here are so faded they need to repaint them." But I parked there in what looked like a space because another car had been there. I just pulled up next to it. In the time that i was in the store, that car had moved, so it looked like i had just parked in the middle of the area. Again, the whole thing could have been avoided with a "please don't park here" sign.

But misunderstandings can be cleared up. I wanted to go apologize and explain why I'd parked there. The lady was on the phone and as soon as she saw me, she said "DO YOU WORK FOR GOODWILL? " I was really confused and said no. She walked away.

I got my clothes from the floor, put them away, waited a minute for her to come back or to see if there was anyone I could talk to, and then just left.

The unprofessional attitude of the staff member I talked to was disappointing. I made a mistake, but there were legitimate reasons why, and a little listening and communication instead of hostility would have been appreciated.

And I absolutely think there needs to be a sign there. I wasn't the only one who parked in that area today. Instead of yelling at customers, maybe invest in some signage.
