Not a pleasant shopping experience. We went today around noon and the cashier was not the friendliest. Took her a while to come up front to help us. The store is getting very expensive. I found several items that I could buy new for cheaper online. I am not sure why items are more expensive at Goodwill. I do not recommend donating to this store unless they lower their prices as listing products for retail prices doesn't help anyone. If people can afford to pay high prices, they can buy new.

Kicked out after about 20 minutes of browsing with an armload of items because the "no drinks" sign was not obvious and I entered with a half empty cup. I have never been to a GW with this policy. This would have just been a mild frustration had an employee (manager?) not been extremely rude about it and proceeded to FOLLOW ME through the store as I tried to return the items to a rack (I guess I should have just dropped them on the floor?) continuing to berate me the entire time.

Couldnt even make it in the store. First off, the door was open so I couldnt see the sign that said “no food or drinks”. The lady at the register then started yelling “no cups no cups” and when I didnt realize she was talking to me she said “yes young lady im talking to you”. I understand they have rules but it definitely couldve been handled better.

Woman working here was shopping for herself on 03/23/2025 and yelled at my son for testing a toy drum. She then started telling everyone my son was noisy. If you have a problem tell us not my son or the store. Will not be returning and will definitely be calling corporate.

Can find a couple cute finds but ofcourse falling into the overpriced goodwill.
I’ve been to many locations now at GW where if clothes are visibly damaged or worn they will give you bin price… this location refused to offer bin price when piece was clearly worn out…. It’s getting trickier and tricker to support goodwill when they don’t even have quality pieces worth the price
“I can ask the manager “ is also another way of saying “not my problem” slowly GWs are going out of business because of this type of morals and no true original values…

We were told they would have some affordable stuff from a smaller Goodwill that had no furniture, but it wasn’t affordable. It comes across that they price high on the customers so the employees can take things for themselves, as there was a couple sticking things in their car, then going back in. Many people who go to a thrift store are already having a hard time, and don’t need to be taken advantage of by fake charity. God sees everything!

We just drove out of our way to donate a truck full of furniture, collectibles, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc. NEVER AGAIN! From now on we donate to any number of other deserving charities who actually return more of their proceeds to the folks who need the help. The woman in the receiving area (who I was told by another staff member had already checked out for the day and wasn’t even working) was so incredibly rude and condescending. Never going back to donate!
