I am a volunteer in the Activities Dpt. at The Lakota Good Samaritan Center and enjoy my time with the residents and staff there very much. Every effort is made to engage the residents in as many activities as they wish to participate. The entire floor staff is helpful in gathering those who want to to come for Bingo and coffee by assisting me in getting the residents to & from these activities.
Another pleasurable experience for me is the one-on-one visits with residents who prefer to stay in their rooms. I only wish I could come more often!
