The reviews about Ana being lying and deceitful are 100% accurate. I attempted for over three weeks to get Ana to arrange a visitation and the entire time as all she did was bill me, and invent excuses as to why she could not facilitate a visit. I paid for two intakes at $100 each and as she was billing me for the second, I should’ve known that she was just being greedy. She will attempt to meddle in your case and refuses to follow the court order. I hope this review can save one person the trouble of having to deal with Ana Serrano.

I would never recommend anyone to use this place for Supervised Visitation Services or to bring their children here. I think this company generally specializes in other areas, like immigration services. Anytime I have had to step into this place to talk to Ana Serrano, I’ve never been treated respectfully. My children have been court-ordered to have supervised visits with their father out of this location and the monitors assigned are never consistent (always changing, different people, they don’t remain working here long).

The location itself is rundown, not kid-friendly, and not comfortable or welcoming. There is a corner of the office where there are old toys piled up in trash bags. Ana Serrano and her associates are very pushy, demanding and have no common sense. If I could leave a 0-star review, I would.

I have a very specific court-ordered visitation schedule in place for my kids and Ana refuses to follow it, even though it is outlined in the agreement that I signed with Las Valientes. Granted, the father also refuses to follow it, but that’s nothing new. The fact that this organization also refuses to follow court orders is a shock to me.

This organization and specifically Ana Serrano does do many things that I've seen other very professional organizations conduct.

For instance, she sends random locations via screenshots of phone maps and no other instructions. She expects you to call her and ask where to go with your kids when you get there and then have you wait 5-10min in a parking lot for her to find you.

Misinformation: Ana and her organization sends a set hours via email and later that day sends a different set of hours and so you'll need to message to see which hours are the correct ones.

There is no accommodations on your best time as other clients have taken those slots and she doesn't have anyone else reliable enough to cover the time best for your family.

THIS AGENCY DOES NOT AND REFUSES TO FOLLOW COURT ORDERS! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL AGENCY THAT FOLLOWS THE LAW! The office is very filthy on the inside; there is a toy section that is very dusty and unsanitary for children. IF I COULD GIVE THIS AGENCY ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

We have a court order with a outlined scheduled which the agency refuses to follow; Ana Serrano only favors the party who is responsible for paying and refuses to follow the law. We have SIGNED a contract with Las Valientes that states that all parties involved must follow court ordered guidelines. Ana Serrano refuses to follow her own policies and family court orders.

Ana Serrano and her monitors have received copies of my court order and still continue to disobey the law. My court ordered is signed by a judge. This court order schedule works with both my schedule, the other party schedules, and it also works with the organizations business hours. Sadly, Ana continues to set visits on times when I am working.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT NEUTRAL. ANA SERRANO IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DISOBEYS THE LAW. I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW JUDGES ORDERS AND REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE LAW. IF ANYONE HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS AGENCY PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL SHOW YOU THE PROOF.

Ana Serrano is a horrible woman, and her entire organization is extremely unprofessional. I paid all my required fees to establish a visitation monitor and her staff were unable to coordinate a time to complete the process. I wasted $100 and nothing was able to be done. She is definitely not reflecting God’s heart. What a joke.

This is the most professional and educated monitoring organization you can get that is certified through the San Diego county superior courts.The fees are fair and they are there to support any documentation that you may need for court. I have used several monitors and each one was openly helpful when it came to my children and their needs. They are there to make them feel comfortable and also take the most proactive safety measures for you and your children. The monitors treat your children as if they were their own. I couldn’t ask for anything more then that. The documentation was followed and written very well. Each monitor is the upmost professional, educated, and experienced. The monitors are religious based and make you feel comfortable while attending your children. I appreciate the hard work and dedication attending my schedule as a first responder. Gods Heart Ministry was very compromising and attentive to my diverse schedule.

Horrendous. Ana Sorrenos was deceptive, annoyed when I asked questions (my baby was 5 months ), and did not provide an accurate depiction of what happened to the court. I had to call police when her monitor Lorraine failed to bring out my baby out on time. Find any other supervisor for your children. When I asked what the length of time her longest employee had worked at her favikiy, she replied "One month"! For being in business "30 years", that surprised me. Ana, who didn't supervise anything or even meet my baby, wrote a false report , and didn't even mention her monitor being an hour late w. This business was extremely dishonest and greedy.

I went through a hard time years ago and somebody recommended Ana… definitely a very bad decision …
Ana not only DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, SHE WILL ALSO SCREAM AT YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY…
ANA needs more compassion for woman’s that are victims of domestic violence… a friend of mine just lost her son’s custody thanks to ANA…
And yes, Anna treated me the same way years ago…

PLEASE LOOK FOR HELP IN A DIFFERENT PLACE!
