I would leave zero or below zero stars if I had the option. This place is one of the biggest threats to GRIC's youth, culture and posterity. It is a broken agency beyond hope that has been infiltrated by so many unqualified outsiders that ail the very Community they are supposed to serve by paying lip-service to the main mission of family reunification, by instead steering our family courts in the direction of removal and separation in order to have the kids declared "special needs". This is commonly achieved by collaborating with RPY with manipulation and agitation tactics to trigger outbursts/emotional trauma, and then in turn accuse the children of being unstable. This is because children with an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) rake in more grant money and make for a lighter case load, as opposed to actually working towards family reunification. It's pure evil, and it's hard to believe, but they can stoop even lower than that. We've experienced case workers post on their social media about removing our kids on the day of just that fishing for praise at my family's expense, straight up fabricating reports and bald face lying to family court judges (on one occasion I had caused a case worker to get caught up in their own lie, but no consequences other than expressed upset towards them... that's it), among many other unspeakable offenses that would certainly be grounds for a major lawsuit anywhere else that wouldn't amount to the government spanking it's own hand, effectively indicting itself. TSS and Residential Programs for Youth need complete overhaul for their disgusting misdeeds that go on unchecked because of how they've learned to capitalize and monetize the disposition of families, while projecting the illusion of actually earning their salary with benefits. The biggest sham and gross injustice I've ever seen... it's mostly all about getting a paycheck for doing next to nothing at the expense of the well-being of children, family integrity, and Himdag. Kharma never forgets an offense and no soul has ever escaped it.
