Talk about a staff who cares! They got me a wedding gift and have continued to be one of the most welcoming clinics that I have been to! Highly recommend!

If I could give zero starts I would. The dr and APN Casey are both great!!! Those two I would give 5 stars all day long. Unfortunately the APN I saw (I don't remember her name but she's the only other one who works there) told me she was running specific blood work I asked for. Then when called THREE times by two different people about the results they said the specific thing I was after came back with no issues I even double checked. Things seemed off so I had them send my results to a different dr who said what I was asking about was never even tested!! After finally getting a hold of the office manager (which I had to physically go up there to do so) she basically called me a liar and that it wasn't possible because it wasn't on my chart that it happened. She was rude, not concerned and seemed like I was just a huge bother! An apology would have gone a long way with me! I understand in a world where everyone is sue happy it's hard to do so but had I received an apology I would have been seen by the actual dr for what I was after and moved on with my life.

I recently moved to Gentry and didn’t have a doctor around here. I’ve been sick for 5 days and finally went to a doctor. I was nervous about this place because there are a fair amount of bad reviews, but I had a wonderful experience. They got me an appointment within 2 hours of me calling to schedule. I waited less than 15 minutes once I was checked in. I was done with the whole thing within 30 minutes. The nurse was efficient, professional and kind. Dr. Casswell was extremely nice and quickly did my exam, listened to my complaints and gave me prescriptions to help me feel better. I will definitely be using this practice for my primary care. I HATE going to the doctor but they made it as quick and pain free as possible.

I was scheduled for a 7:30 wellness appointment, I drive from Fayetteville and it was raining this morning. I was 10 minutes late. I walked in and told the girl at the front desk who I was and apologized for being late. She picked up the phone and called someone in the back. I assumed it was the nurse cause she said "Your No-Show is here". Obviously they had been talking about me. I would have much rather she tell me I needed to reschedule, rather than realize I was the butt of there morning joke.
Now I wonder what else they discuss about me.

I won't go back. Saw a new nurse practitioner because my old one moved away. Couldn't get my prescription for 48 hours after the visit! Called three times to the office (incompetent support staff). Couldn't get, and am still waiting (after 10 days) for a simple blood test results. I always hear loud laughing and talking while in the waiting room. Very unprofessional.

We have seen Dr. Mathur for child well checks for many years now and we love him and the rest of the staff. They are always very kind and we never have to wait long. He makes the appointments fun for the kids and always takes the time to answer any questions we may have. We are very grateful for this place!

My son and I have been seeing Dr Caswell for over 10 years and would not see anyone else. He takes the time to listen to you instead of cutting you off or dismissing your concerns. His nurses are absolutely amazing. The front staff used to be amazing, but has definitely diminished over the past few years, especially the office manager (roughly a year ago, haven't seen her lately) but its worth it. I have rarely had to wait over 15-20 min to see the dr, and the few occasions I did, I have to assume it was because he was with another patient.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I absolutely love Dr Mathur & his staff!! My son has been seeing them as well and we couldn’t be happier. They are very thorough and professional. We have both always been treated correctly on our first visits. It’s great to have a doctor that listens and does everything possible to help. We moved an hour away and still make the drive to see them! Patients for life!!
