I was supposed to be going to Magnolia Ranch in Tennessee, not knowing that I had to be detoxed at Genesis in muscle shoals Alabama. Terrible experience for me, detoxing from alcohol, meth and prescription Xanax, they gave Librium, which was really bad.... A man stole hand sanitizer and was drinking it and none of staff knew.... Really sad case of helping someone detox in a 5.0 rated facility...

I am the owner of miracle house is a sober living for women. I have had the pleasure of working with Genesis Detox since we opened in Dec 2022: I have worked with Jenn Dawson personally with getting people sent over and getting help! Every one I have sent in has send it was the best detox place they loved how nice and caring everyone is. They also help so much with after care to get people in longer treatment, I have worked with them on taking patients into miracle house after detox. I found Genesis while searching for a Detox online and I'm so glad I found them. I could go on and on about how impressed I was with th3 facility and everyone I came into contact with. The nurses, techs, counselors, doctors, etc. were ALL so friendly, helpful, kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I didn't feel judged and genuinely felt heard and cared for. My room and the entire facility was very neat abd clean. There were plenty of snacks and drinks to grab 24/7, in between meals. There was a communal space where there were couches/chairs, a TV and books/games. The staff helped me find a new Dr, counseling and AA meetings near me. I was very impressed and would recommend it to anyone who needs alcohol or drug detox and/or treatment. Making the choice to get clean is hard and Genesis can make the start of that choice a lot easier.

Genesis detox center is amazing! I detoxed at the one in Pulaski Tennessee back in March of last year, and the staff was very kind and caring towards me. They really helped me to wanna get started with my recovery. I have been sober since March 22nd 2022. Thank you Genesis Medical for all you do!

High Quality Medical Detox with compassionate care for the first steps of recovery. Daily group therapy sessions, daily physician/NP visits, case management, accountability, and discharge planning for aftercare. This detox can also take most insurances. Highly recommend!
