The Best customer service for personal banking and knowledgeable professional staff on business banking. This bank staff service customers; timely, friendly, and with above professional courtesy standards. The bank is always clean and customers are promptly greeted by name, whenever walking in or driving up. I find it difficult to believe any customer can have a negative experience at this bank. It is told through personal testimonials GSBT has always been willing to work with customers during economic hardships. Never had problems, until my 300$ magical disappeared 4months ago, “ their words was “ sorry we cannot help you we need a signature that you showed up that day at the drive-thru.” So that merchant/customer copy paperwork doesn’t existed?…

Nothin is kept confidential, loan lender threw a temper tantrum like a 4yr old acting unprofessional. There are Banks on every corner that are happy to have your business, just not this one.
